How to Choose Your Loyalty Methods

Choose how customers earn progress. Your available methods depend on the features enabled for your account.

Open Settings → Loyalty.
Review the available earning methods, such as Stamps, Points and Visits.
Enable the methods your business will actually use.
Check any related limits or rules shown for your program.
Select Save changes.
Go to Promotions and create an offer using an enabled method.

Turning a method off can affect the promotions that rely on it. Review existing campaigns before changing these settings.
