A stamp card lets customers collect stamps toward a reward, such as a free item after a set number of purchases.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Settings → Loyalty and confirm Stamps is enabled.
- Go to Promotions and create or open a Punch Card promotion.
- Set the number of stamps needed to earn the reward.
- Add the reward name, description and any optional stamp-card design.
- Activate and save the promotion.
- At checkout, scan the member QR and record the eligible stamp activity.
Good to know
Only qualifying activity should add progress. Explain the eligibility rules clearly to your staff.
