Step-by-step instructions
- Open Settings → Loyalty and check whether Cashback is available and enabled.
- Open Promotions and create or configure a cashback program.
- Check the cashback rate and any available three-tier settings.
- Set the conditions for moving between tiers, if the feature is available.
- Save the program and check its customer-facing explanation.
- Use the checkout activity flow to record qualifying purchases correctly.
Good to know
Cashback is not available on every plan. Never promise customers a rate or tier until you have confirmed the saved rules.
