BonusPass offers several ways to reward customers. The available types depend on your plan and loyalty settings.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Promotions and select Create promotion or the add option.
- Review the available types, including Punch Card, Points, Visits, Happy Hour, Double Points, Birthday and other offers.
- Choose a type that matches what the customer needs to do to earn the reward.
- Complete the promotion details and any rules required by the selected type.
- Preview and save the promotion, then check it in the customer app.
Good to know
Some types are only available after their related loyalty method is enabled or a qualifying plan is active.
