How to Create Your First Promotion

Create an offer that tells customers what they can earn and how to qualify.

Open Promotions in your business dashboard.
Select Create promotion or the add button.
Choose the promotion type that matches your offer.
Enter a clear promotion title, short description and reward details.
Complete any rules, eligibility, date or location settings shown for the chosen type.
Turn on Active when the offer is ready and select Save.
Open your customer program link to confirm that the offer appears as expected.

Write the title from the customer’s point of view, for example, “Collect 8 stamps for a free coffee.”
