How to Set Up a Double Points Promotion

Use Double Points to reward eligible activity at a higher rate during a campaign.

Confirm that Points is enabled in Settings → Loyalty.
Open Promotions and choose Double Points, if your plan includes it.
Enter the promotion title and explain which purchases or activities qualify.
Configure the available earning rules and campaign schedule.
Activate and save the offer.
Test a qualifying activity and check the resulting transaction and points balance.

Use a clear start and end date to avoid confusion about when the multiplier applies.
