Step-by-step instructions
- Open Promotions and select Birthday, if enabled for your account.
- Give the promotion a clear title and describe the birthday reward.
- Set the eligibility and availability rules shown in the editor.
- Choose any reward expiration setting you want to apply.
- Save and activate the offer.
- Open the customer experience to check how the birthday reward is explained.

Members may need to add a birthday to their profile. Customers should review the date carefully because changing it can be restricted.
