A welcome offer gives customers a reason to join your loyalty program.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Promotions and start a new offer.
- Select Welcome if it appears as a promotion type, or the appropriate eligible offer type.
- Enter the benefit new members can receive and its conditions.
- Configure any visible eligibility, start date and expiration controls.
- Turn on the offer and select Save.
- Test the sign-up flow and confirm a qualifying new member can see the offer.

Do not promise a welcome reward before verifying the saved eligibility rules.
