Update the wording, rewards or rules of a promotion you have already created.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Promotions.
- Find the promotion you want to change and select Configure or its edit control.
- Update the available title, description, reward details or rules.
- Review the activation status, schedule and location selection.
- Select Save.
- Open the customer page to confirm the updated information is visible.
Good to know
The promotion type is fixed after creation in some versions of the editor. If you need a different type, create a new offer instead.
