Delete outdated campaigns only when you no longer need them.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Promotions and find the campaign.
- Review whether members have progress or earned rewards connected to it.
- Use the available Delete option.
- Read the confirmation carefully and confirm the deletion only if you are sure.
- Return to the promotion list and confirm the offer is gone.
Good to know
Deletion may be permanent or restricted when it affects member records. Consider deactivating the promotion instead.
