Choose how customers earn progress. Your available methods depend on the features enabled for your account.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Settings → Loyalty.
- Review the available earning methods, such as Stamps, Points and Visits.
- Enable the methods your business will actually use.
- Check any related limits or rules shown for your program.
- Select Save changes.
- Go to Promotions and create an offer using an enabled method.
Good to know
Turning a method off can affect the promotions that rely on it. Review existing campaigns before changing these settings.
