Step-by-step instructions
- Confirm that Cashback is available and enabled under Settings → Loyalty.
- Open Promotions and configure the cashback offer.
- Set the cashback rate and any enabled tier thresholds.
- If your plan allows it, review the period used to evaluate tier progress.
- Explain how cashback is earned and redeemed in the promotion description.
- Save the settings and test the member-facing cashback view.
Good to know
Your account may be limited to one cashback program. Avoid changing tiers without checking how existing members will be affected.
