Use a punch card when customers should collect a fixed number of stamps toward a reward.
Step-by-step instructions
- Enable Stamps under Settings → Loyalty.
- Open Promotions and start a new Punch Card offer.
- Enter the title, description and the reward customers will receive.
- Set the stamp target and any available eligibility or redemption rules.
- Configure the stamp-card design, if you want custom stamp icons.
- Set the offer to Active and save it.
- Test the card on the customer page and verify that stamp progress can be recorded.
Good to know
An account may have a limit of one punch card program. If the dashboard displays a limit message, edit the existing card instead.
