Step-by-step instructions
- Enable Visits in Settings → Loyalty.
- Open Promotions and choose a visit-based offer.
- Add the offer title, description and reward name.
- Set the number of qualifying visits and any visible limits.
- Check the active status, schedule and location scope.
- Save the offer and confirm the visit counter appears correctly for customers.
