Switch earning methods on or off when your program changes.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Settings → Loyalty.
- Find the method you want to change, such as Points, Stamps or Visits.
- Review existing promotions that use that method.
- Change the relevant toggle and select Save changes.
- Open the customer app and verify which offers remain available.
Good to know
Disabling a feature can make related offers unavailable. Do not use this as a substitute for fixing individual member balances.
