How to Generate a QR Code for Your Rewards Program

A program QR code sends customers to the page where they can join your loyalty club.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open Marketing in the business dashboard.
  2. Find the QR code section.
  3. Choose the QR destination: your default URL, custom slug or connected domain, if available.
  4. Select Generate QR code.
  5. Check the displayed code and test it with a phone camera.
  6. Use the available download or sharing control to place the QR code on your website, counter or printed material.
Good to know

The customer program QR and a member’s personal My QR are different codes. One opens your club; the other identifies an individual member.
