BonusPass helps you create a branded loyalty program, welcome members and reward returning customers. Follow these steps to prepare your business.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open account.bonuspass.app and log in to your business account.
- Open Settings and confirm your business information, timezone and currency.
- Go to Settings → Brand to add your logo and choose brand colors.
- Go to Settings → Loyalty and enable the ways customers can earn rewards.
- Open Promotions to create your first customer offer.
- Go to Marketing to generate a QR code or printable flyer, then test the link on your phone.
Good to know
Customers join the program through your customer-facing link. The tenant administration area is separate.
