Step-by-step instructions
- Open Settings → Loyalty and confirm Points is enabled.
- Create a compatible offer in Promotions.
- Define how points are earned and when a reward becomes available.
- Save and activate the offer.
- Use Scan QR or Add Activity to record eligible points.
- Open the member profile to confirm the updated points balance.
