Step-by-step instructions
- Open Promotions and select the offer that provides the reward.
- Find the expiration setting for the reward.
- Choose a non-expiring reward or enable expiration, where available.
- Enter the required date or duration for an expiring reward.
- Save the promotion and verify the expiration explanation.
- Review a member’s available rewards to check which rewards are still valid.
Good to know
Promotion campaign dates and individual reward expiration are different settings.
