The Transactions page lists recorded loyalty movements so you can verify what happened.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Transactions.
- Find the member, date and type of movement you want to review.
- Use the available search or filters to narrow the list.
- Check the movement amount and status.
- Open the member record if you need to review the history in context.
- If something appears incorrect, review the related activity before making any manual changes.
Good to know
A transaction entry is a record of activity, not necessarily a payment. Some movements represent stamps, visits, points or redemptions.
